Meet Danielle: Our New Client Services Coordinator

Tree Scouts has a new first point of contact. Danielle Masters has joined the team as Client Services Coordinator, which means when you call, text, or request an estimate, she is the person you will hear from.

Who Danielle Is

Danielle grew up in Michigan and has spent the last several years in Central Texas. Before joining Tree Scouts, she worked as a phlebotomist, then moved into client communications for Freedom Fun, another company in the family, so she could be home with her kids while continuing to work.

She and Zack have two children, a seven-year-old daughter and an eleven-month-old son. She has also known Erek for years, so she joins the team already familiar with how both founders operate. Outside of work, she fishes whenever she gets the chance and spends most of the Texas summer at the pool.

What the Role Covers

As Client Services Coordinator, Danielle handles the front end of every customer experience:

• Answering incoming calls and texts
• Scheduling estimates
• Following up after quotes are sent
• Making sure questions get answered promptly, by a person

Why This Is an Upgrade

Until now, Zack has been the front office. He answered the phones, sent the quotes, followed up on estimates, and did it between everything else involved in running a growing company. He gave it a real effort.

But nobody has ever hung up with Zack and thought, what a warm and wonderfully organized first impression that was. Danielle is a different story. She is the one who remembers that a customer mentioned their daughter's graduation party next weekend, and that is why the backyard needs to look right. Zack is the one who forgets to hit send.

Customers are getting the better end of this arrangement.

Why Now

Tree Scouts is growing and moving into new markets across Central Texas. Growth is usually the point where home service companies quietly get worse. Calls go unreturned, scheduling gets sloppy, and the personal attention that earned the referrals in the first place disappears.

Bringing Danielle on protects against that. Every call gets answered and every customer gets a real response, even as volume increases. It also frees Zack to focus on refining the processes behind the scenes, so the experience stays consistent whether the crew is working in Georgetown, Leander, Austin, or a market Tree Scouts has not entered yet.

Always answering the phone is part of the Scouts Honor Promise. Danielle is how that promise holds up at a larger scale.
